Six months after the auditions and we are now at the moment of truth – the final results.
That night, it attracted nearly 8,000 screaming fans converged to the Singapore Indoor Stadium on Wednesday evening to witness the crowning of the first ever Singapore Idol.
The show opens with the Final 11 coming together for a mash-up of melodies they tackled at the Spectaculars. They were clearly having fun and hamming it up at their last chance on the Idol stage.
Finally, with 1.1 million votes in a single night – Mohd Taufik Batisah is named the very first Singapore Idol!
